We aim to have the goods to you within 10 working days sent by
Royal Mail signed for delivery.
Where possible we recycle packaging, we hope you agree with our
environmental policy and do not mind if your brown paper or postal bag is
not brand new.
We are more than happy to refund or exchange any item. Returns need to be
made within 2 weeks of receipt of the goods by signed delivery and a
tracking number. Anything beyond this cannot be returned. All goods must
be returned as new and unworn.
We will refund the amount to the original card provided or by cheque if
preferred. All refunds to cards will be subject to a maximum 70p refund
charge (charged by bank).
Postage and packaging will not be refunded and in the case of exchanges
the additional postage fee may be charged to the customer.
